About the position
We are looking for a highly motivated, committed and passionate intern to join our HR department to contribute with new perspectives on our day to day tasks, in particular recruitment of Interns. The primary focus of the internship is on recruitment of other interns. In this connection, you will be involved in the important task of recruiting new architects and Bachelors of Architectural Technology and Construction Management. You will be responsible for searching for valuable talents who can join our company in the future. The recruitment tasks include the screening of the candidates, communication with the candidates, conducting job interviews and supporting the administrational process. Our everyday tasks are not the same which means that you also have the opportunity to gain an insight into different HR related tasks – from operationalization to development - and develop your personal and professional competences.

- You are flexible, adaptable, and enjoy working with people from various backgrounds
- You are a self-starter with the ability to work with different tasks simultaneously
- You speak English or one of the Scandinavian languages fluently
